Thanks to a successful partnership with French chef Thierry Marx, we have opened five high quality casual dining concepts in France, at L'Etoile du Nord (Paris Gare du Nord), Teppan (Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport), La Villa (Lyon Hospital), La Plage and Pan Garni (Nice Côte d’Azur Airport).
In the US, we have a partnership with the Culinary Institute of America and have opened many original concepts with top chefs, notably Michael Symon (Bar Symon at Pittsburgh Airport), Chris Patrick (Hickory, at Dallas Fort Worth Airport) and David Bull (Second Bar + Kitchen at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport).
